The Silk Road Partnership is led by highly experienced coaches, with particularly strong expertise in supporting the careers and development of successful executives and leadership teams. Among our team there is an interchange of ideas, learning, cultural insights and networks. This flow of intellectual resource enables us to offer our clients a rich bank of knowledge, best practice, a shared common vision and a passion for helping them to achieve more on their personal and corporate journey.

Our core team comprises of Philip Beddows, Nigel Cumberland, Krishna Kumar and Bonnie Chan. We are widely regarded as leading practitioners and international exponents in the executive coaching and mentoring fields, and actively contribute to the leadership of the profession. We have all been Founding Fellows of the Institute of Coaching, a Harvard Medical School affiliate and are all involved in the International Association of Coaching (IAC) -Krishna Kumar is past-President, Philip Beddows is a current member of its Board of Governors and Bonnie Chan has previously served on the Board. Nigel Cumberland has held various leadership roles with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). Additionally, we have all participated and contributed to the training and development of coaches across the world, in Masterclass workshops and seminars.
